MobilePoki respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. We comply with the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the full text of which is available on the U.S. Copyright Office website at copyright.gov.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on MobilePoki has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• 📄 A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• 📝 Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• 🔗 Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient for us to locate it (such as a URL).
• 📬 Your contact details – including address, phone number, and email.
• ✅ A good faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• 📃 A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjury.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• ✍️ Your physical or electronic signature (including your full legal name).
• 📍 Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• ⚖️ A good faith statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake.
• 📩 Your name, address, phone number, and email, along with a statement agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Once a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy to the original complainant and inform them that the removed content may be restored. Unless the complainant seeks a court order, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days at our discretion.

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting material or misuse of this process may result in legal consequences. Only use this process if you truly believe the content was wrongfully removed.
